Remembering to fill your cup!



An important thing to remember is that you can’t pour from an empty cup💚 Speaking from experience as it’s been a few months since posting here. When life beyond your control happens, you must listen to your body and your mind and move accordingly.


Try to find some time even if it’s just a few moments in your busy day to do something to focus solely on your wellbeing. Read a few pages of a book, sit in complete silence, take a power nap. Sometimes the smallest things can make the world of difference in your day!


After losing more than a few family members over the past few months, I’ve had to refer to some of the 100 self-care tips that can be found in the back of the “Those Who Care” journal on pages 70-73! I encourage you to do the same if you are looking for ways to take better care of yourself during whatever season you are experiencing!
