Those Who Care Guided Caregiver Journal

In this journal I share my experience with you being one of "Those Who Care!" Transplant journeys can be vastly different, but the steps in the journey are similar. This journal is for us--the caregivers! If you are at the beginning of your journey you will be given insight into what to expect. My experiences will be a place of comfort for those of you currently active in the transplant process, and it will serve to remind you that you are not alone.
